Meet the Primes - Caltrans A&E

Caltrans invites you to attend our

“Meet the Primes” Architectural & Engineering (A&E) event

This is a free networking opportunity with prime consultants who have been awarded previous Caltrans contracts. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight about what prime consultants look for when evaluating bids from sub consultants, identify best practices, preparing quotes and responding to solicitations. This event will include a Q & A session with the prime consultants, this is an opportunity to ask specific questions of the prime consultants. This is also an opportunity to network and share information about your firm and communicate the services your company offers.

Primes will have roughly 5 minutes each to give an introduction of their business, their experience working as a prime consultant with Caltrans and what they look for in working with sub consultants and any other tips they would like to provide. Then we will follow into a Q&A and networking session. 11:00AM – 12:00PM – Q&A & Networking Session - open for questions from our attendees and the opportunity to share what they do and their contact information with our prime consultants.
