Managing intellectual property (IP) when working with the federal government is one of the more challenging areas of government contracts. IP in DoD Contracting is controlled by a set of DFARS clauses that control which rights the government receives and which are retained by the contractor.

During this 90 minute session, Daniel Kelly from McCarter & English will summarize each of the major IP clauses in the DFARS, along with the intellectual property implications they carry.
