The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification is designed to help small minority and women-owned businesses have a competitive advantage when bidding for government contracts.
Are you DBE Certified in the following industries?
Construction: General construction, Highway bridge construction, Paving, striping & grinding, erosion control, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, materials and supplies, construction safety. Professional Services - A&E: Design, engineering, planning, quality control, construction administration, architect, AME, trucking services, debris hauling & removal, construction project management, environmental, and other services required during the design and construction of transportation infrastructure.

To qualify for this no-cost program, your business must be:
An existing DBE business located within the orange service area which includes Caltrans districts 1, 2, 3 and 4
